Each author is responsible for his message.
The owner of a forum is responsible for questions concerning his forum.
Parsimony is not responsible for content.

At Parsimony the following contents are not allowed:

  • adult (erotic, sex)
  • warez
  • crackz
  • fakez
  • passwordsharing
  • "Volksverhetzung" (§130 StGB)
  • hate
  • hooligans
  • Suicide
  • Star/TV-Capture
  • Girl-Lover-, Teen-Lover- and Boy-Lover
and links to such contents.

We will close forums that contains such contents.

If a forum is against law we will give IP-data to government, police or public prosecutors.

That means in details:

Warez

Warez means to use or share software that is not paid as it should be.

You may not ask for warez, and you may not offer warez at Parsimony.

If we are told about a forum, that has warez as its main purpose, we will close the forum at once without contacting the forummaster.

If the forums purpose is not warez, but there are postings containing warez, the forummaster should delete them within 48 hours. If warez-postings are not deleted, we will close the forum.

Adult

Forums with erotic, sexual or pornographic content are not allowed at parsimony.

We will close forums with adult content.

Passwordsharing

If people are sharing passwords in a forum, to use cracked software, to use internet-providers free or for any other purpose, we will close the forum.

Volksverhetzung

Volksverhetzung is, when you call for hate against minorities or rassism,....

§ 130 Volksverhetzung (german law)

(1) Wer in einer Weise, die geeignet ist, den öffentlichen Frieden zu stören,
1. zum Haß gegen Teile der Bevölkerung aufstachelt oder zu Gewalt- oder Willkürmaßnahmen gegen sie auffordert oder
2. die Menschenwürde anderer dadurch angreift, daß er Teile der Bevölkerung beschimpft, böswillig verächtlich macht oder verleumdet, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe von drei Monaten bis zu fünf Jahren bestraft.

Illegal Forums

We will close forums with illegal contents.

Private Quarrel

If you dispute with somebody, this is a question between you and your oppenent.

Parsimony doesn't interfere in private quarrels.

If your quarrel comes to court, Parsimony give archives and IP-data to the judge, if they are still available.

Abuse-Form to tell us about forums that are against our rules.
